Project SESSAD: Sharing Experience in Scientific Software development

On 1.-2. June 2022, the first workshop for the SESSAD project took place in Brno, the aim of which is to share experience in the development of scientific software and applications. A partner from the Austrian institution SCCH visited Brno.

The workshop was attended by both teams involved in the SESSAD project – the IBA LF MU web studio and the Austrian project partner Software Competence Center Hagenberg.

At the beginning, everyone was welcomed by the vice-dean for development and studies in the clinical fields of general medicine of the Faculty of Medicine, prof. MD Petr Štourač, Ph.D., MBA, FESAIC, together with the vice-dean for non-medical study programs and information technologies of the Faculty of Medicine prof. PhDr. Andrea Pokorna, Ph.D. During the workshop, key projects of both the webstudio and SCCH teams were presented.
